Good luck building yours. If I forgot to tell ya, make sure ya glue them together good , then pound them in. : )

Off to buy peroxide and chamomile tea this weekend, along with more Murphy's oil soap. Just to be ready.Have my chicken grit. These buggers are not getting my babies-no fungus nor insect!!!

Starlight,
I was thinking of glueing most of it all together, but leaving strategic parts unglued. That way it could be broken down for storage. My smaller one I did that way, through the directions. I found that one in the first issue of Garden Gate, when it very first came out. That one holds four flats. I am using that one too, but I hope to get this bigger one going this weekend. I will need it. I have many different things to grow this year. I will need room under those lights! I will let you know how I made out. Star, did you take photos of your building process? If not, I may try and remember to do so. I could post them if it will help someone else do one too.

Please do. "A picture is worth a thousand words" and some of us are instruction challenge. If I have a picture I can do it. If I don't, now matter how well it is explained, I'll mess it up.

Rather... Just a tiny word of caution. becareful with your plants, don't try doing to many treatments all at once. To many, too soon could cause ya to make yoru plants sick. Remember just like us humans , we are what we eat and if we eat too much of something or somethign that not good , we get sick. Your babies cna do the same, and it may take weeks for them to recover. Do one thign and give it a couple of weeks for them to rest.

Nope I didn't take any pics. I didn't have a camera then and was even more picture taking challened back then than what I am now. My big feet and thumbs always manage to get in the pics instead of what I want. LOL

The first two I put together I didn't glue. Then I foudn with moving trays on and off everyday to water or to mist the parts came lose and that was not a good thing. So yes it is a pain for winter storage with them together, but I find other uses for them til I take them back outside.

I'm like you Lorraine, I need pics, pics amd more pics and then maybe I can get somethign that looks similar. Don't have a lot of carpenter skills either. : )

I'll try and get some photos as I go...pictures help me, too.

I will glue most of it together and leave just a few pieces unglued-just so I can pull big sections apart. If it comes apart before I want it to, I will glue it all. It will be my little experiment.

OK, Starlight, I won't give them everything at once-I promise. I couldn't live with myself if I did something to hurt my little ones. I will get them all to have my arsenal ready, just in case. Maybe just having them all here and ready will ward off any evil...
