Trouble is, taking photos in the rain doesn't work well!!

Wet, rainy and very, very foggy here. I had planned to maybe go do some shopping. But, since I have to drive around 40 miles to shop I think I will wait.

Major winter storm here. We're putting out lots of seed. Here is a house finch braving it.

Evening grosbeaks at a feeder.

Blue jay just sitting in the middle of the storm. I though he was going to make a move to the feeders but he stayed on that branch for about 5 minutes.

Beautiful bluejay pic. I don't care that they're delinquents, I love bluejays!
I have one who wakes me up every morning. If his peanut bowl is empty, he SCREECHES from the deck railing to let me know it.

Beautiful bebop! I want some EGB's! They are sooo cool looking.

They are saying 5-8 inches of snow for us tomorrow! One of our gd's is staying overnight tonight so I while I was at the store I grabbed a cheap sled just in case.

bebop- you get a lot of color even in the winter. Nice pics.

I woke up this morning to what I think was a Female Downy Woodpecker on my Suet!! Because of all the snow yesterday they finally found it. I say female because it did not have any red that I could see.

Sorry about the poor quality of the pics... It was a jump out of bed, get the camera quick there is actually a bird out there kind of morning :)
