Bessemer, AL(Zone 8b)

My DH is buying me one for Christmas, but he asked me what kind ect. I know nothing about them. Any input about the best brands, models, ect. would be most helpful.
Thanks

I bought one for myself last year. It's a Polaroid i634. I am not very good with cameras, but this one is very easy to use and it takes AA batteries.

I have a Kodak easyshare with the printer dock..i love it....it is so easy to use and plus you can do video on it. And print out your own pictures at your leisure.

Hi Kathy,

If I were shopping for a camera, I'd make certain to get
one that is compatible with your computer. In other words,
if you have an older computer and your new camera has
features you can't use, it will be a bummer, then you may
end up thinking you need a new computer as well. LOL.

These days, it is so easy to pull out a little chip and stick it
into computers, photo center terminals, etc.

Quick and easy is the thing to look for, unless you are willing
to learn all the features of a multi-function digital camera.

I love my new Nikon Colorpix L11. The editing software that comes
with it is a BIG plus!

Also, look for a camera-to-printer use function such as Pictbridge. This
will allow you to simply plug and print photos from your camera to the
printer.
