It's gonna be a long... Weekend! Waiting and wondering...

Actually, I'm sort of glad for the extra couple of days--there are so many great photos, it's taking a LOT longer than I thought it would to go through them all and vote!

Same here, I was looking for news, was about to post a thread on this topic. But, I'm glad that gives others opportunity to vote.
I'm looking forward to purchase Calendars, and if the price is right. I may bulk order them for gifts to share with people locally so they can learn more about DG.

Dave, the shopping days till Christmas is growing shorter. LOL. You do want us all to purchase the calendars as gifts don't you. Okay, I think I can sit still till Monday.

I had the most trouble voting on the bug photos--a catagory I saved until last because it didn't really interest me.

Until I looked at the photos. Had more coin tosses to decide the top three in that catagory than any other (and each catagory has many excellent shots)

David, I had the most difficulty in the Insects category also. So MANY excellent photos of insects! Hard to narrow it down. It was truly a pleasure going through all the photos everyone provided for the contest.
Looking forward to tomorrow and getting our first DG calendar. It looks like it's gonna be a beauty!!

Since the voting was still open, I went back to do the roses. Hard to choose between so many perfect blooms.

OK.it's the 19th!! Am I the only one who is excited to see what will be on my calender next year??? When do we get to view the winners? I can't stand it!!!

Have you got any snow there yet? We haven't had our first frost down here....

We've had flurries, nothing's stuck yet though. Temps are constantly in the low 30's now.

We got a dusting but it didn't stay. It's cold this morning, 19 degree's and only getting up to the high 30's today.
