Is it possible to make my trade list private?

Ummmm, no. The point of a tradelist is to show what you have (or want) to trade.

You can disable items items that you want to temporarily remove from your list.

If you were using your trade list as a place to keep a list of plants you have (but weren't necessarily interested in trading), I'd check out the journal feature instead, that's a better place to catalogue your plants. You can choose to make it public or keep it private, but even if it's public people will understand that it's not an advertisement that you want to trade those plants.

OK, the tradelist is probably the best place then, just disable them like Terry said until they're ready to trade.

I suggested the journal because I know some people have been confused, they see the link "I have this plant" in Plant Files and don't understand that adds things to their trade list and they probably would have rather put the plant in their journal instead because they had no intention to trade it.

Ok. I'll check more in to the journal. Trading is really over for the season here, anyway, so I guess it doesn't make much sense to spend too much time on it, lol.
