After reading Sally's first comment on here about over wintering and perusing car brochures, I am totally convinced that she eats funny pills for breadkfast. Why have I never noticed her wit before today? Duh!!! Sally, did you just get funnier, or I have been too stoned to notice? ha-ha
Anyway, sorry for you loss Miata.
Ruby
My poor little Miata. Is there a heaven for cars?
Thanks again y'all . And thanks for the pictures of cars present and "not so present". Gives me hope whatever I get next will be with me for a long while. I'm doing pretty well, still one or two aches but nothing serious. Even got my plants in before the freeze. Have to go to the "car morgue" today to get the tags and personal stuff out of the car and to release it to another place (funeral home?) that doesn't cost the insurance company as much before it goes to the grave yard (politically correct - car recycle center - not junkyard).
ruby- thanks for noticing that I'm trying really hard lately........
You'll get there eventually, Sally. Good luck!
(*grin*)
w you won this round~
You're going to hurt me the next time you see aren't you?
lol
you best present gifts of horse poop as you approach
LOL, I can do that
If the next time you gals see each other happens to be Groundhog's Day... all gifts of horse poop go straight around to the peony bed! :-)
I've been giggling at a lot of the comments, but the one that really made me snort my coffee was Wrightie's response about Claypa's '77 Civic...
"You need to get her back on the road."
BwahahaHahahahaha!
Groundhog damage, $1,000. I was driving, but it's not my car. I used to like groundhogs, or at least be able to abide them. Now I think they're like deer, but with no legs, and slower.
Sorry, miatablu, I forgot to say I'm glad you weren't seriously injured! And from the the threadjacking, it's obvious I understand your love of the little blue Japanese car.
