Way Cool...I'll start guessing

Cosmos for the dots between "D and G"
Rudebeckia before the "D and after the G"
Marigolds for the 00 in the "2007"
Rose petals for the word "Thanks"
Karl Forester seed head before the "D"
Miscanthus seed head after the "G"

Are any of these correct so far?
