As the summer comes to a close, we look back and say to ourselves, "Wow, that was a great summer!"
What was great about this summer? What happened that you can look back on in the coming years and tell people about? What made the spring and summer of 2007 memorable? A new plant you've been wanting, a vacation, a new friend?
Mine was my DH and I got a real vacation. It's been about 6 years since we've been able to get out and see something different. We went to Oregon and got to see eagles feeding as a family group. There were four of them, two adults and two juveniles. It was the first time either of us had seen eagles like that in the wild. We'd seen them singly but never like this. Awe inspiring!
