I guess a friend of Eddie's has a floral design studio and they have shows there sometimes.

The show at the Wachovia center in Philly was great! If you like Van Halen, now's your chance, the tour just started. They played all their old hits, with Eddie's son playing bass. Two full hours!

Well, I don't know... Van Halen was a very popular rock and roll band in the seventies and eighties... they got rid of their original singer a long time ago and they were never really the same after that. So I was excited to have a chance to see this reunion tour.
The guitar player Eddie Van Halen has had a rough couple years - he beat cancer, his mother died, he got divorced from Valerie Bertinelli (a tv actress, I noticed he's still wearing the ring) and a few rehabs. His brother Alex is the drummer and his 16 year old son (!) Wolfgang is playing bass guitar on this tour, so it's really a nice family event on stage, kind of unusual for a crunchy hard rock band!

I had really good seats, but the cell phone doesn't take very good pictures

Excellent..how much fun was that...do know Valerie and it jogged my memory re his band...I was more into country...isn't it wonderful to relieve memories from our youth...

I was 'kind of' a fan, but my brother was a 'hard-core' VH fan!

People told me all the time that I looked like Valerie.....lol...well, that was then and this is now;)

I can't believe their son is 16 already.

Yes, and he was great... he's a natural showman (ham) but he was pretty humble for the show I saw, very pleasant.
I see Valerie is hawking jenny craig stuff on tv alongside Kirstie Ally, so she has the 'then and now' thing too, I guess. Don't we all...
