I looked for a key to the rating symbols alongside entries in the PF, but there dosn't appear to be one - I looked on the PF homepage and in the PF.
I'm probably looking straight through it, but if I can't find it then probably others can't either.....
Help please :o)
Key to rating symbols?
I don't remember off the top of my head what all the symbols are, but a red X means it's gotten a lot of bad comments, and a green star means it's gotten a lot of good comments. Are those the symbols you were talking about or was it something different?

I just feel that people should be able to find a key easily, otherwise the usefulness is lost.
I guess maybe Dave thought red x and green star would be intuitive and not need an explanation? It's the same sort of rating system that's used other places on the site like Watchdog so I guess the first time I saw it I figured red x = bad plant, green star = good plant. If there's a FAQ for Plant Files I imagine it's in there though.

Just a suggestion. It just seems intuitive to look for a key either on the page or on the PF home page
The eyes either mean that there's a vendor in Plant Scout that has it or somebody has it on their trade list (not sure which one or maybe they'll be there if either of those is the case). That one's not intuitive like the others.
I just checked and the x's, stars, and eyes are all explained in the PF FAQ , I figured they'd be there but I'd never actually looked.
