Well everyone.. its looking to be a great group of swappers here.Thanks to everyone who signed up so far!! I was planning on closing it and assigning swappers on October 1st but had forgotten hubby has vacation days hes taking Mon and Tues so we can make it to the race in Kansas City this weekend and not hurry right back...Looking forward to that... so I will leave it open to new signups until Wed Oct 3rd and try and get swappers assigned on Thursday the 4th.

I don't think I signed up..............if I did...........i can't..............will be out of town 3 weekends (or part of the weekend) in October..........and then have to be out of town the first weekend of November.....................

my babies are doing so so.. Allot of the AV's did not make it. I have one that looks pretty good. The plants that I cut up are doing good. I just don't think I am cut out for the growing of AV's... They hate me... I really can't say that as I am in shock that the ones Lin sent are all thriving and doing wonderful.. I can't believe it. I will try and get pictures in a little while if not tomrrow...

you sound discouraged, Susan.....................are you talking about the av leaves died.............I am confused..............did Lin send you plant or leaves............trying to figure out what is doing well................it is always fun to do something that we do well................

I am SO SO sorry to have to back out of this but I have had so many postage bills lately and decided to purchase plants to try instead of cuttings. I don't do real well with cuttings and I was going to try but decided that I would probably be better trying something with roots that way I don't get discouraged. Please don't be upset with me it's just I have too many boxes to pay for and to mail right now and this is one that I can do once I feel confident to root things (maybe next spring).

bluepoppy..Welcome..sorry I missed your post...There really is no set amount on how much anyone needs to send.I was thinking as a guideline..if everyone just sends a box that they themself would be happy to receive...I am sure that will be wonderful to the receiver.I suppose we should say at least 4 or 5 ? Hopefully that will be alright with everyone? If anyone wants to send more they sure can tho...
Are we supposed to send you haves and wants for this, like we do in the Houseplant Swap? If so, I'll get right on that... :o)

Ok I sent my package out today I work Monday till Saturday so I went to the Post Office and did it my self SOOOOOOOOOOOO someone will get the package Tuesday.
