address exchange help

I know I found this a couple of other times - but can't for the life of me remember how to get to it. I've looked for it again this morning, but just can't find it....how do I get to the address exchange.

Imagine me helping anyone with a computer matter...............go to Home..........look underneath and you will see extras..........click that and you will see the address exchange..............
