thanks....could never have done without the love and support that you guys gave me... all the encouragement paid off...

I spent today gardening... changing things around... next year my gardening will be all different... tons of irises and lillies... such generous people I found... oh I am so happy!!!

That's one of the fun things about gardening - change. My garden looks nothing like it did five years ago. Some planned, some accidental.

Framingham, MA(Zone 6a)

well, I am learning that... and this is what I did today -

transplanted all lillies Pirl, Celeste and Andy gave me to the main flower bed in front of the house...
transplanted several irises from a shadded area next to the lillies...
planted the new lillies Celeste sent...
planted the irises Wanda sent...
so this is the result.

Kassia....you picked a better dianthus for first year blooms from seed than I did. Started mine in March, set them out in early May in a premium location and, of 20 plants, only one bloomed (very nice fragrance when it did however).

Kass, what do you do with all the potted Roses for Winter?

Framingham, MA(Zone 6a)

I am going to bring them inside the garage and water then at least 2x a month, and just barricade them a little so cold draft don't hit them every time we open the garage... I did that last year with 2 roses and to the spike plant and they survived...

the rose trees are potted so I will just wrap the main cane with burlap and also cover the bud thing...
