Formal Gardening Forum?

I scrolled through the forum titles but may have missed formal gardening classified under something else? I see there are several other types of garden methods with their own forums (strawbale gardening, xeriscaping, etc). I know formal typically isn't the landscape DGers are going for but since my home really dictates this I wondered if there is a forum to share ideas on it. Thanks in advance.....

You could try starting a thread on the Garden Design forum if you're looking for ideas, I'm sure some people there would be able to help you out.

Dea-yes Dave's other site has been a wonderful resource, thank-you for the link.

44 views on this so surely I'm not the only one needs formal landscaping ideas. :) That in itself makes me feel better.

Yeah, I looked at this thread twice now :D I'd love to lurk on a forum like that, but since we live in a townhouse- formal anything is not dictated ;> which makes me feel goofy asking for one, since I wouldn't really participate.
Hope you get it though! It would be wonderful to see pictures (not in a magazine) of formal design. It's not that I don't like that style, I do- I love it! (it's not my favorite, but I do love it) Especially in contrast with what is actually happening in the garden I have :D would be cool to see some crisp clean lines and plants not going jungle frenetic.
