Hyperlink Problem?

Hi all! For the last two days I have been unable to activate any of the hyperlinks within DG. I don't know if this is a problem with my computer, or within DG. Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't think it's DG--I haven't had any problems and if lots of people had that happening for the last couple days, I'm sure there would have been a big long thread on here by now! Have you tried rebooting?

Yep....no change, I'm going to log out/in, see if that helps. It sure is annoying!

Do you have more than one browser on your computer? The thing I'll usually try is if something's weird in Internet Explorer, I'll try Firefox instead or vice versa.

Have you installed any new software lately, or done something else that could have accidentally changed some of your internet settings? My thought is that the way the hyperlinks work is that they typically open in a popup window, so if your browser settings got changed so that you have a more secure setting, or a popup blocker got turned on when it didn't used to be, that could be preventing the windows from popping up when you click the hyperlinks.

Yep....that was it...checked out the popup blocker and popup tools and now they work....comes from sharing a pooter with a DH. Thanks Liz!

Ha ha....he's the mainframe kinda guy. A PC tends to send him into fits of profanity and fury. Ah well....goterfixed...
