Do your dmails disappear when you hit send?

This has been happening to several of us lately..............you type a nice dmail and when the send button gets hit, it disappears along with the DG site............

What do you mean by "along with the DG site"? The whole site disappears? What do you get instead? Is there an error message?

It just takes me back to yahoo................Snowrose says hers has been doing that,, too...............I think maybe I am not waiting long enough for the send to be completed before I try to go somewhere else on DG................thus it never gets sent...........(I don't know anything about a computer but Snow says hers is doing the same thing..........she thinks it has to do with looking a picture that one of has sent to the other..............before we hit the send button???????????????

Maybe I will test this Gail by dmailing you a photo and previewing it before I hit send to see if it's happening on my end too.

I got it fine................but, Lin..........I am going to send you a pic...............try starting a message back and then stop............scroll back up to see the picture open up.......and come back to your message and hit send.........

Gail, if you scroll back up after typing, then click the picture, then click back, you lose everything you've typed below. It gets erased when you click away from the page to see the picture.

I think you just solved the problem, Lin.........................In dmails, we act like we are talking face to face with the person..............pictures with each dmail...............thanks...............

It didn't used to be that way, but something changed, and I've noticed a lot of people commenting on how they lose what they've typed. I try to remember to right click the pictures and open in a new window, but still forget a fair amount of the time. :oP

I also think that when I hit send..............i don't give it time to get out of there before I return to another place on DG................................it is simply not a big problem............but I will have to wait a few seconds for the send to get sent before leaving that message and traveling elsewhere.................

After you click send, you should always wait until it brings up the next screen, I forget exactly what the next screen says, but it gives you a couple links of places to go next. If you don't wait for that screen to show up, then your message may not go through.
