Ideas for upcoming quizzes, please!

Murfreesboro, TN(Zone 7a)

It must be the summer heat that has scorched my creative brain cells, but I'm running out of ideas for upcoming quizzes. Before the well runs completely dry and I have to resort to picking through the quizzes of seasons past, I thought I'd put out an all-call for your good ideas!

I'd prefer that you send your ideas to me via dmail (that keeps them a surprise to everyone else ;o)

Ideally, the questions need to be phrased in a way that we can provide at least 2 (and up to 10) replies to choose from.

Botany quiz ideas are always welcome.

But so are the "pulse-checking" questions: If you could ask the DG community something, what would you want to know? (Opinion questions like "do you like the later time change date this year?" are good. Even better are those that cross international boundary lines.)

"Survey" type questions that let us know how much alike (or different) we are from each other are good, too (how old/young we are; how much time do we spend gardening, what's our favorite fall pastime, etc.)

Suggestions are ALWAYS welcome, but if you're responding to this thread, please send your ideas to me by September 7, 2007 - at that time, I'll post a list of those who generously shared ideas for upcoming polls. Thanks in advance!!!!

I'm late coming back, but I wanted to thank the following members who have submitted voting booth quiz ideas for us to enjoy:

cjolene
islandshari
Kooger
Miatablu
Sugarweed
threegardeners
ViburnumValley

I won't tell you which questions they suggested (they'll know when they see them), but all of their suggestions have been incorporated into the weekly questions that will appear over the next two months (including this week's question ;o)

So....what burning questions do YOU want to ask DG members?

Or....what brain-teaser garden/nature question do you have up your sleeve? Some fun factoid that is sure to stump your fellow members?

Send 'em in! Please keep the ideas and suggestions coming ;o)
