quick question

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

How do I mark a thread as closed? Sometimes on threads I've started I see the closed option, but on the thread that I want to close, there's no option. Thanks in advance.

Dublin, CA(Zone 9a)

The closed option only exists in certain forums--I know it's in the ID forum and the trading forums but I think those may be the only ones. It's definitely not there in most of them.

Thank you, I guess I'll just say "closed" on my thread.

Well, you can say it, but that doesn't mean that people will stop posting if they still want to "talk"... LOL!! You can always unwatch the thread if you don't want to see it anymore.

... these threads often take on a life of their own...

That's not it, I just wanted to let people know I've ID'd the plant, keep talking, I won't unwatch!
Here's to a second life on my thread!

How's your day, Weegy? :P

If you had it in the ID forum you should see the link to close it--the link should show up right above the first post in the thread.

Hi Louise. Fancy seeing you here. I didn't know you hung around these parts. Thought you were stuck in the iris forum.

Lani! Fancy seeing you here!

My poor iris are not so happy with the lack of rain....are all of your around the pond or do you have any in a dry area?

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Hey guys, I see what you mean about these threads taking on a life of their own! I do hang in the iris forum still!
Have a great day, the heat and humidity are horrible here, lightning last night, rain this morning and a horrible night to try to sleep.
Now get out and garden!
