After 10 years in Maine I've decided to go back to England to live. There are just so many things about home that I miss.

I've been alone here since 2001 when my husband left me, and I want to go back to be close to my sisters.

I'm leaving in 3 weeks. I'm so excited about going.

Hopefully I'll be back on DG soon after that!

Thank you all so much for your good wishes! My trip is now only a week away. I've had a good weekend here going on a couple of trips, something I've not really had the money to do before.

I've already started saying goodbye to people - that's the hardest thing. Thank goodness the internet makes keeping in touch so easy these days! I'm so excited about going home though, I've missed it more than I've realized.

I'll be back on DG as soon as I can- truly a world wide community!
