Problem with Dmail

Dave,

A couple of people are having problems with dmail. They said when they try to click on mail, they get an error page. One person could send me mail by going to my page and mailing that way but could not click on any of their mails. I told them to use the 'contact us' link to write to you. Someone in chat said theirs is doing the same but I think they said they could refresh and get to it?

Wow, that's a lot of strange error reports.

It's working fine for me. I can't see a problem.

Please have whoever is experiencing problems, to come here and post and help me see the problem. A screenshot of the error would be particularly useful.

I just tried my D-Mail and mailed a message to my group of 'friends'. It seemed to be working just fine.

My dmail is working fine too. I asked the person that wrote to me to post here. And for the life of me, I can't remember who it was in chat that said they were getting the error message.

my problem is when I try to aces dmail from the link on the top right of the page (by "my info" link also) it just takes me to the home page. Not really an error message. If I go to my info i get the link to "view dmail" I see my messages, but when I click one to read I just get a blank page, I'll try to post a pic of the page, but how do I do that??? I don't think an "error" message actually shows, just down the bottom of my browser where you usually see "page loading" after you click a link or "done" when its finished, it says error on page. I'll post again in just a moment. Hey, it could just be my system???

GREAT!!! Now it seems to be working without a glitch! Who knows!??!

I have a group dmail that I got and replied to, but it is not in my mailbox. Is this normal?

Group D-Mail is broken and won't be fixed for the foreseeable future.

Uh, Dave ... my Group D-Mail seems to be working just fine. Or at least it did an hour ago.

Candyce - I get new dmails in the group, but once I read it and close it -it's gone.

Hmmmm, Al. All mine are still there. But, I did move the whole thing into my Inbox.

When I type the letter between n and p my message disappears. Can u help?

The letter "o" is causing this? It sounds like your computer has a virus; you should get it scanned.
