Well it can't hurt anything to try...Thanks...you have dmail
Here are the results of all your help!!!!
Mine have always come back from seed. I'll usually get about 1 a year that got up close to the house under cover near the concrete that will make it overwinter. But those don't seem to be the big glorious ones next year. Most of them are true annuals for me. :)
Is it to late to move them close to the house...lol
No fair!!! Two at one time!!
Ohhhhhhh. What precious bundles. That must have felt awesome. There's nothing like brand new people.
Congratulations, Murmur.
Congratulations Murmur!
Hm, I see Halloween-colored booties. Are we looking at a Halloween baby? Fresh out of the pumpkin patch, so to speak??? ;)
Susy, Julien was born on the 28th and some ladies at Stevens Hospital provided him with his booties. Apparently these ladies knit or crochet booties and hats for newborns all the time - and my little guy arrived in time for those cute ones.
And I have to say, it was the most awesome experience ever - I actually wanted to burst out laughing, thinking about these two babies. And to have a new grandchild and GREAT grandchild within two months of each other is just a thrill!
Oh such a great picture, I miss the smell of a newborn...it is even better than flowers....well most of the time...lol
Congrats do you want to share?
Oh murmur, to cute for words, having two, O'my LOL
Have that pic blown up, Grand baby and great grand baby, to much to ask for.
You're the greatest.
Murmur,
I love the picture! You and those babies look so blissful. Thanks for sharing them with your DG family! Rachel
Ahhh, Carole - congratulations. Just, congratulations. words fail.
aaahhh, so very sweet , you look so happy with your beautiful babies!
BABIES! Congratulations Carol! And one of each! Won't they have fun growing up together? You make an exceptional Grandma and Great Grandma, although a tad young looking there for that role. There is nothing so precious as a babe in arms except maybe a 3 yr old snuggled up for a story or a puppy. LOL.
Enjoy those little lives and teach them well.
WOW Murmur!
Very nice picture, one to cherish for years to come.
Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving together.
Keep sharing the pictures of those babies!
Thanks..., Carla
Notice who got to hold baby -
Very nice photo - and four generations of moms!
I really would have loved to have had my mom hold the baby, but she's just too shaky - and he's a big, strong baby . . . if he woke up (not likely at that point, but one never knows) and decided to stretch, she'd not be able to hang on to him.
It was such a heartwarming day!!! The baby's grandma (my oldest daughter) is now on her way back to CA with her DH and youngest DD. They'll be back for Christmas, though, and our family pictures will include my bro and his wife, and both his sons (one of whom will be home from the Peace Corps in Africa). It really doesn't get much better than that!
Awwwwwww, Tilly - I adore that kind of photo - such gentle love between the little mother and her babe!!!
My word she looks like one of the early paintings of the Madonna - stunning profile!
Thank you Laurie, She is special and so is the baby.
