Plant Files details suggestion

West Pottsgrove, PA(Zone 6b)

Some plants in plantfiles are illegal to propagate in some states. For example, Multiflora Rose, Purple Loosestrife, and other plants are illegal to propagate in my state and others. Could that be added to 'propagation methods' details? In addition to:

"Propagation Methods: from seed; direct sow outdoors in fall'', ....

have an option to make it clear that the plant is so bad that some states have made it illegal to propagate?
Like maybe a details option to add to the list, "Propagation illegal in some states; check with your state's conservation department" or something similar.

Also, I notice that Roses have a place to note whether it's a patented cultivar or not, and some other plants don't. Maybe that fact could be added to propagation details too. Whether you like plant patents or not, it can be important to know, especially for a small grower who wants to propagate a certain plant and avoid potential problems. Sometimes patents are mentioned at the top, but it's really a propagation issue...

Anyway, just an idea.
Mike
