Dmail request

I often have several dmails open at the same time in separate tabs and when I click preview, I always worry that I've typed a response to one person, but have done so on the wrong dmail, and it will be sent to the wrong person. I know the simple fix is to only open one dmail at a time, but that's way too easy. LOL Could you make it so when we click the Preview button, the page where we preview our dmail shows to whom it's being sent?

Me, too! I have those airheaded moments waaaay too often to actually trust myself without double checking!

It does do that; it shows the recipient in big bold letters at the top of the page.

It does at the top of the dmail itself, but when you type a reply then click Preview, the page that comes up doesn't say who it's being sent to.

Actually, I just checked and I saw that it does. Look at the top, in the grey bar under the tabs...

Dave, I just looked... and I don't see what you're seeing.

Unfortunately, I can't find a way to link you to a "preview" page. But, under the tabs, there's a slightly darker bar (not quite grey on my monitor, just less white) with "Replying to a mail" on the left in bold text and a little box on the right for "search mail."

Under the preview, it says "From: critterologist," but there is no corresponding "To:" field.

Ahh, you're replying to an existing dmail. I only checked it on the creating a new dmail. I'll add the member's username to the reply, too.

Thanks, Dave! That would definitely be helpful. I don't always "preview" Dmail, but it's a good thing to check to see if links are working before I hit "send."

Ya had me going there for a minute, Dave. I thought for sure I was going crazy, because I just did not see it! LOL I should have been more clear that I was replying to an existing dmail. Thank you so very much for adding that! You're super! :o)

I know critter, I'm utterly amazed at how quickly Dave implements the changes. It takes me longer than that to figure out which button it is I push to turn the computer back on. LOL

That picture was taken for Garden Gate. They interviewed me a few weeks ago for an upcoming issue of their magazine and they wanted a fun picture of me.
