Plantfiles image pages have changed

Now when you go to the individual files and click on the photos they give you one large photo and then a collage of the others. There is no button to click on to go to the next photo. I loved that feature on the old page.

The thumbnails are now below the fullsize image.

for instance on this page http://davesgarden.com/pf/showimage/615/ it only says (Suggest this photo for bloom.com). The old setup also had a place to click so you could see the previous or the next image. Now you have to go up and down the page to see all the photos. There is no way to see the next image unless you go down the page and click on a thumbnail.

The old way was convenient. Hopefully you can add the "previous and next image" buttons back.

Oh, I see. Yes, you're right; I inadvertently dropped that feature. I'll get it back in.

This is now fixed and the "Next - Previous" links are back. :)

Dave, I think what you have done is really neat, now you can see all the pictures at once, side by side and compare them,Great!!!!

Yes, that's what I had in mind. Before you had to scroll, scroll, scroll to see them all. I like the newer one much better. :)

Is there anyway you could add the artists' name below or above each thumbnail?
I used that feature alot, especially when looking through dozens of photos on the same page to see if I had already uploaded any picts to that page or not. (I tend to not remember all 5300 picts that I've uploaded)
Other than this one feature, I Like the change.

I love this new feature, Dave. I use PlantFiles a lot and this makes it so much easier. Thanks for your constant improvements. If you notice a bunch of new users from Ottawa, it's because I can't stop talking about DG.

What are the eyeballs by the listings - views?

The eyeballs show up when either a PlantScout vendor has that plant for sale, or a member has/wants it for trade.
