David I'm in the same boat. Have space in my planters now but nothing to plant. And the early pickings from my tomatoes are not encouraging. Wish I had a few of yours!

David - I can pasta sauce every fall from my tomatoes. It really isn't that much work and I have "free" sauce all year.
Where do you store it Cat?
In a cupboard - I just do lots of pints and sizes up to a quart. Sometimes I don't finish up a quart before it molds - so I try to keep it in smaller jars. I get the jars and lids and rings at Tag Sales for pennies and the water bath I got for $3. My dear neighbor will come and cut tomatoes up for me - especially green ones because he loves green tomato relish and I keep him in all he can eat.
