LOL. I thought that spigot was real with the rain gauge on it! Also thought: next to a building wouldn't be a good place for accurate rain measurement.
Now that I know better (chuckle), to FYI's:
--- If you drill through the top of the spigot and hang the jewel, it will seem more realistic because it will hang down the center of the spout.
--- The jewel is typical of what would be hung on lamp shades. You can find it with the lamp parts at places like Home Depot. (I know because I work there.)
