Another for judging the size -
Rosamond x Dr. D.
Vicki,
I hope you will check out this thread and the postings on the trial brug. Please let me know what I should do with it. We have about 3 or maybe 4 weeks before frost. I would like to know if I will need to send cuttings, parts of the plant, the trunk and roots or what back to you by frost time.
Thanks for including me in the trial period for this brug. I think it is very nice.
PLMK,
Louise
The trial brug was so tall at 8-9' (pot and all) that I brought it into the workshop. It has three blooms opened today and 2 or 3 more yet to open. These blooms have a better form than the others - no defects in shape or color. And they are soooo large.
I'm still waiting for directions on what to do with this plant. It has two main standards that produced many blooms. Two others that came up from the soil line have 'y'd' already and are about 4' tall. If anyone hears from Vicki, please tell her to contact me.

Great pictures, Louise. I love her color and the amount of re-curve she has.
Brugie,
Thanks for the nice complement. The fragrance is very strong and wonderful. I measured across the bell of the first one in this flush and
it was 7 1/2" wide. From the stem to the tip, it is about 16" - 18" long.
This is a nice flush for a winter one.
I'm wondering how much of it I can keep for next year and how they want
it taken care of.
Louise
