How come there isn't a section of Crinums in Plant Files?

There are 38 Crinum entries in PlantFiles. http://davesgarden.com/pf/adv_search.php?searcher%5Bcommon%5D=&searcher%5Bfamily%5D=&searcher%5Bgenus%5D=Crinum&searcher%5Bspecies%5D=&searcher%5Bcultivar%5D=&searcher%5Bhybridizer%5D=&search_prefs%5Bsort_by%5D=rating&images_prefs=both&Search=Search
They aren't in the drop down box if that's where you were looking. Those listed there are only those that have a large amount of entries. What I did was just a search for the genus Crinum and it brought them all up.

I hope this helps. If the ones you are wanting to add photos to aren't on this list, then they haven't yet been added to the database. If you need help with that, just give a shout.

Thanks..yes, I did the drop down menu and there wasn't a catergory for it...where is the search function for plantfiles??...TIA Jeanne

When you click on the PlantFiles tab, there's a green button in the upper right hand corner that says "Search Plants". Click on that and it will bring you to a screen where you can fill in the information you know. and then search. If you are looking for a specific cultivar, you can just put that in the cultivar field. If you are looking to see how many plants are in the database for a certain Genus, just put the Genus in at field. Or if all you know is the common name, you can try that.

It usually works best to just put in the minimum information and try that first.
