As a matter of fact....I had a lovely ladies luncheon today and that is exactly the way I felt before, during AND after.

sticks-n-stones' garden tote
Itchy and scratchy?
lol
pod...you blew my cover....; no the dawgs names are wallis and gromet....; and my name came from the fact that i always wanted to have a plant place called sticks and stones....
I had a lovely luncheon myself....felt the same way Vossner! It's always fun.
Pod - I wish he were mine! He comes to visit me every morning. That window is cut out of my fence just for him and all of his friends. They see me at the computer and tell me to come out and play so I take my coffee and a handful of carrots or apples (I'm gonna go broke). Can't think of a better way to start my mornings.
Well, now I'd recognize y'all anywhere!
Probably not the place for this....but I have to tell you....yesterday, our next door neighbor ran over, frantic that her husband had flown off, leaving his car at the airport with her keys inside. Her car was in the garage, no spare, and she HAD to be at the fertility clinic for a sonogram....NOW. DH said he'd take her. I said let her take my car (I wasn't dressed). DH thought she was too upset to drive. So off he went with our hot, 30-something, Peruvian, mini-skirt-clad neighbor...to have a sonogram. Don't think it didn't take me more than a few minutes to e-mail his Friday lunch bunch the particulars (as I interpreted them). He's going to have to explain a lot more Friday than his ususal stories about his wife's antics.....
That IS funny! I might have taken her in my pajamas.
Bubbles-Copy away!..I'm probably not supposed to admit this, but I copied the picture from an ebay auction...I wanted to bid on it, but forgot. Someone else got the tote, but I had it on watch, so copied the picture, so I could try to at least make one like it at some point...
Sticks-There used to be a great nursery in Dallas off Knox, that was Called stick n stones. It was one of my favorites. They sold really great plants, and had lots of neat garden antiques & reclaimed garden architectural pieces inside.
They also had an outdoor aviary, and I found such inspiration from it, that I had one built just like it.
I miss going there...
I remember seing your membername a fews years back and wondering if that is who you might be...don't know what happened to the place...one day I went there, and it was just gone...sad.
