how long does it take to get a response?

Hi folks, I submited a request for DG technical help yesterday and haven't heard back yet.
Does anyone know about how long it takes to get a response?

This is regarding a new membership that I signed up for/paid for, but can't login to...I created another account for a family member.

I also used the "forgot pw" link and haven't received that email either...

Anyone experience this?

abl_newbie, if you're posting here, then you are logged in (you couldn't have posted otherwise.) I show you emailed our helpdesk yesterday at 3:08 pm and Dave replied to you at 3:40 pm

If you aren't receiving replies from the helpdesk, or via requesting a password (those are system-generated), then there's a pretty good chance the email address in your profile is incorrectly typed or you have a spam filter that's blocking your incoming mail from us.

Terry, i am not talking about my membership - Yes I can login to mine fine...If you'll notice in the description above, I am referring to another membership that I purchased for a family member...I have not received a response, and it isn't in my Spam Box...Is there any way that you could resend the email or leave the message here (if it isn't a security issue?)

Or, you could resend the message to my DMail account? To this member DMail - (abl_newbie), not to the new one I signed up..

Again, this issue is not a problem with MY member account (abl_newbie). This is for a family member that I signed up for yesterday, and cannot login. If you read the message I sent with my inquiry, you'll see there was a weird caching problem that I think is preventing me from using the second account on my computer...
