Dave,Terry,Somebody.
Please tell me that Im not crazy(not legally anyway),Didn't the top of each Forum have alittle info about the Forum at the top and links to the Plantfiles and Shopping?For instance on the Coleus Forum didn't it have all the information about Coleus,links to just coleus and vendors that had them for sale.

Not all forums had that...unfortunately I can't remember which ones did and didn't to check and see if you're going crazy or not! All I remember is that some forums didn't have anything and others did. But if you're positive the Coleus forum used to have it then it probably did disappear--seems like Dave's been doing a lot of stuff lately, so it could have disappeared as part of the things he's been working on (maybe accidental, maybe not)

I am almost certain that the Coleus Forum had it and I know that the Brug had one,because it had a warning added to it about Brug and Datura(something about not mentioning one or the other)Oh well maybe when Dave or Terry will wake from their naps(lord knows neither one could get more than a few hours sleep with all the work they do around here) will have an answer.Thank you ecrane3

Originally, the intro paragraphs had a dual purpose: they were visible at the top of each forum, and on the Forums tab you could find an alphbetical listing of all forums, along with the intros to explain the purpose of each forum.

Sometime before we migrated from one forum tab to the Home Talk and Garden Talk tabs, there were too many forums to also have the introductions with each, so the alpha listing was phased out.

And new forums were hit-or-miss: sometimes we had an intro, sometimes we forgot ;o)

We finally phased out the intros at the top of each forum a couple months ago. There are sticky threads at the top of some forums (including the Brugs.) Some of them spell out the ground rules; others point you to additional resources on the site.
