Dave: Background "DG" on pages

Dave... why these new (at least on my screen!) HUGE letters "DG" on every page as it loads? I wouldn't mind them if they were smooth, but they have such large bitmapped steps...

Know what you mean there,Darius. Mine where the same way but have since straightened themselves out. Just takes time.

Takes em awhile till they get their morning dose of coffee I guess.hehe

One of the beauties of the web is that you can customize your browsing experience.

If you go into the preferences of your browser, you can change just about everything. One thing to change is to ignore background images, as well as set a permanent background color for all pages you visit.

Mine look like a watermark, so subtle I almost missed it. Nice touch, Dave!

Well, without changing anything in my browser preferences, the DG background now looks just fine!

Yeah a watermark look is basically what I was going for. There, but very non-obtrusive, just like DG itself. :)

Water mark here also. Looks real nice. Seems like I used to see it and then it disappeared and now reappeared. Maybe I just didn't notice it during that time. I recently was going throuh some belongings and found a work card that belonged to my dad. It had a watermark on it. This was issued in the thirtys. Watermarks must have been around a long time.
