Rebutting a rebuttal

Is there any way to post a comment after someone has rebutted your feedback? I placed a negative feedback on a member who then rebutted with a lie. A member that wants to trade with me might change their mind after reading the untrue rebuttal. Please help!

Of all the wonderful compliments you have received in feedback, I don't think anyone would pay attention to one bad one....I certainly wouldn't if trading with you :)))

The rebuttal of feedback you leave for someone else doesn't show up under feedback left for you so probably nobody would see it anyway. I know if I was trading with you I would only look at feedback other people have left for you, I wouldn't take the time to look at what feedback you've left for other people. So I don't think you need to worry about it. Plus, even if it did show up on your page, if you had a bunch of positives and one negative I'd probably assume the negative was an outlier, either that person was being nasty, or maybe you made one mistake or had one bad day which anyone is entitled to!

You can change your feedback to add a rebuttal note. Just go to "leave feedback" for the person. It will bring up your original note and you can just add a note at the end with "update 4/07: ......". But, it might start a back and forth that's not worth it, so I'd just wash my hands of it.

Also Sandy, I think if your trader looks at that persons feedback they will see a pattern. You have perfect feedback, so your trader should see that and have no problems.
