Request for Recipe Forum

Kennedy, NY(Zone 4a)

Hi! Just wondering if we could have a recipe forum! This could be for anything that we would make from our gardens... crafts, soaps, food... anything!

Ashland, OH(Zone 6a)

I think this is a GREAT idea too!!! Ü

Nepthys,

The forum called "Hands-on Home" is set up for crafts, which includes soap making, ect.

I love trying new recipes, we do about one a week, so I am all for this forum!

Bay City, MI(Zone 6a)

somewhere there is a thread for this-has tons of recipes there!

Brewers, KY(Zone 6b)

As I am a diabetic I would rather see something called "Diet" than Recipes.

Diet could include recipes, and also help for those with problems, dibeties, overweight, kids eating habits, coping with grandma's strange eating habits etc. You get the picture

You could also add a recipe category to your journal with maybe some sub categories such as soups, desserts, etc. Then each new recipe could become a new item in the category. Just a thought. I have to quit thinking out loud!

I just added the recipe category, appetizer sub-category and a recipe to my journal. Check it out and see if this works.

Hey Sharon - that's cool!!

Works for me! I just might add some more!

I like the recipe idea in the journal - lends ownership.

Now, once I get my veggies and herbs going I can say - add 1/2 cup of RID 3478. Saute RID 2187 with some margarine. Add RID 4581 as an artful garnish. ;)

OK, I'm off to work!
