I started watching too many! Is there a "don't watch this thread" button?

go to the thread your watching and click on watch this thread again and it will stop it .

Also, even easier, next time you get an E-mail, just look at the bottom. Right there is a link to remove yourself from that update list. Click the link and you'll stop "watching" that thread.
