Having trouble uploading pictures

I've been trying to upload a picture all day with no success. I was trying to put them in my journal, plantfiles and a thread all with no success. Anyone else having problems?

You're probably trying to upload too big a picture (file). Try cutting the size down and see how it works.

that was it. I took the pictures with someone else's camera and they were too big. Thanks!
