Wow, leaves! I can hardly wait!!!!!!!

At least the frogs have unfrozen........

Well, at least look at this way, when we're all plunging into winter you'll be that many weeks after us and will have those extra weeks of warm weather to bask in. Oh, wait, it doesn't work that way, does it? Uh, sorry.

Scott, fortunately, it DOES work that way! By the end of the warm weather the ocean has warmed up enough so that it keeps us on the coast a little warmer than it does for people even 1 hr.'s drive from here. And being farther north gives us just that much more day time in the summer.

Yup, we probably won't get a killing frost until almost November. 'Bout that time, I might have some nice photos of maples myself to share with you.
