I looked around, there's 3 places in Mankato that carry it. I will be buying some in a couple days. If it don't work, out comes the big gun!
I eliminated one deer last Tuesday night, wasn't close enough to home though, so I doubt if it was one that dines here. It took the grill out of my van.

Been there; done that! 2x
That's the hard way and I've done it too. 2 vehicles with major damage and 1 totaled! DH hit the first 2, I totaled my little pickup on the 3rd.
llilyfan, want to drive around my garden and mash bunnies???? Sounds like you've been practicing on the deer, but the little bunnies will give you more of a challenge!
I suppose you'd want me to use my bike rather than the jeep.............
Jeep? Eeek! Well, maybe it would be worth it as long as you dodged the lilies. Who cares about the grass?
Want to add cats to your list; come by my garden.
I'll give you a dog that will keep the cats treed. Of course he will chase everything else to, including all cars within 5 miles.
DH won't let me have a dog :( He says I travel too much.
Sigh. A yard without deep doggy footprints & broken foliage. Wouldn't that be a treat?
DH and I loved the dogs that we've had over the years, but they're like taking care of a perennial 2 year old. And now I can thank a neighboring dog for the occasional 'treat' left in the yard. Don't miss that part at all.
I wish "dog droppings" were the only thing I had to contend with: mashed garden stakes, fresh holes to China, broken lily stems, broken iris blades, trampled daffodils... the list goes on & on.
At least this cold weather should firm up the ground a bit. Oh. And my daughter's 60 pound Puppy LOVES the smell of Plantskydd. Attracts right to the young lilies. :(
Hi guys and gals! I am still hoping to see you this May, but will have to see where the budget sits and gas prices, well you know about that. Rolling to Iowa might get me a little sore.
What do ya think about my new outfit :*) The sun hat works great. I have also been working on sitting up so I can help out in the garden better.
See ya around,
Emma
