Where to post for suggestions

Ok, when I add a plant to my have or want list, it has a default that chooses "seeds" as the means to share it. Is there any way to have the method of sharing when I make that first choice to have or want? I hate having to go back to each entry to edit it for showing the different methods of propagation.

OK here's another one: I thought that "Eastern Daylight Time" changes the time seasonally. That's what I had it on. Yet just now when I chose "Eastern Standard Time" it set the time on my posts correctly (an hour behind what it was).

Or am I just nutzy here & lost my understanding of it (which isn't uncommon since I seem to be losing it more lately)?

Suenell, I don't think there's an easy way to do that, since really all you do is clickon the link to add it to your have's or wants.

The system has to make some decisions to categorize that choice - the only way around it would be for the PF area to show four choices/links:

Add to my seed "have's" list
Add to my plant "have's" list
Add to my seed "wanted" list
Add to my plant "wanted" list.

Then again, Dave's a whiz, and he may come up with a better solution - that wouldn't surprise me much (*grin*)

We're still on standard time until early Sunday morning. I don't think you'll have to change your time settings on Sunday - the system will update those for us.

Maybe the system shouldn't have a default as "seeds", leaving the choices empty unless the subscriber updated the propagation method he/she has for sharing or wanting?

I'd set it to standard time.
