Beautiful ginger, just beautiful!
Does This Qualify As A Visitor ?
Nice bike, but I'm afraid they scare the whoknowwhat out of me. My parents were almost killed on I-44, when a car cut them off and he had to lay it down or hit the car, my brother slid and laid his down with me on the back.......I have a burn scar on my calf to prove it. But no, I'm not posting a photo of my scar.........;)
You read my mind !!!
That bike is more my speed(vs the crotch rocket- I'd get to many tickets). My gf has a V-Star 650, and is waiting for me to get a bike. 80 people for a 21st b-day?! Now that's a party! I'm sure you guys will have a blast. Beautiful pics, as usual, Kell.
LOL! If you believe Mark though, that I'm a man and not a woman, you couldn't see the scar thru all my manly hair on my legs....;) Is this where I say arrrgghhh!!!
Oh yeah! Coming down, there was a mob like that heading up into the mountains. I know a few guys who ride GSX-R 1000's, and they going blasting through the mountains. 650's work for girls and younger, lighter guys, but once you cross about 150 lbs/68kgs, you need more power for sure going into mountains. One guys wife rides a Honda CBR650, and does fine.
I`m on about 3 different Bike Web sites from U.S
There are a lot of good lookers W. riders .
They talk of only riding for 3 & 4 months then storing them .
That would drive me nuts .
I know a few die hards that, for a few months, have to curtail their riding- usually when its snowing or in the 10's-20's. A couple are in the more well known gangs, but we all drive trucks and work in construction, so they are pretty cool. Un/fortunately, I'm heading back to driving a concrete mixer truck, so my time online will be greatly diminished in a couple of weeks. Much need of drivers in Australia?
If you could get yourself a work permit .
You could walk right into work day after you arrive .
A lot of our Youngens have gone to WA .
Big mining boom over there . ( chinese buy everything )
Double the Wages also , Acc. is a little dear though .
I have a coworker who has Harley, low rider or wide glide is what he calls it. I come close to drooling every time I see it. It's niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice.
Sounds Kewl .
I had a boss that had a bumper sticker on his work truck(p/u- ute) that said "It's not against the law to be a biker". LOL He had built from scratch a chopper with V-twin, painted black with midnight blue flame(had to be close to actually see). Very simple, very clean lines, nothing garish like you tend to see anymore. It was also a rigid frame. I had a Sporster 1200 that I had stretched out a bit to fit my size, but sold it mid 90's. Candy red with white pinstripe. I was sailing overseas alot(about 2 years) and not riding, so sold it to a friend. (Same time I sold my all original '77 Monte Carlo with swivel bucket seats and 8 track tape player- miss that car). Came back, and everyone and their brother was riding hogs, and they got way expensive.
Shame you didn`t take of any pics in those days .
I'm sure I did, but as much as I moved around I've lost a bunch. Just found a roll a few weeks back of St Peters, inside and out, but haven't found the pics from the catacombs where the popes are buried. Made that tour courtesy of the US Navy. Few other places that I know I took pics of, but...
Keep looking . Kell
Never heard of X Trotters.
X Trotter = A horse that used to be a trotter .
Get it now ?
LOL. I get it now. Good one.
As soon as the X trotters stop winning .
The syndicates decide to get rid of them .
And they are hardly ever sold .
The Joint owners just give them to a good home .
Ppl like me , Who will love them and look out for them till their dying days .
They make good Pony Club Hacks .
Cool. So the fungus rescues horses and puts them to good use. *ducking and hiding* See ya tomorrow, I'm off.
Oh ginger! She's mean! You gonna let her get away with that???
She`s gone for now , But tomorrow will be another day .
I have a few pics that look just like her .
I prefer to think of my self as a FunGuy , not Fungus .
Trotter, is that anything like a pacer? Got to ride an ex-champion (so I was told) in the outback near Fremantle. The Seamans Service Association(or something like that) set it up for some of us guys to go out riding. Fun horse, it always wanted to stay in front of everyone, which kept me clean(plenty dusty). Nearly threw me making a cut into a shallow gully heading back to the stables. It knew where we were, I didn't.
Trotters move front and back legs on one side forward at the same time .
Then the other side forwards at the same time .
A bit confusing to explain .
Pacers move left front & back legs towards each other like a scissor action .
And while the left pair are coming together ,
The right pair are going apart .
Boy oh Boy . I`ll need 3 glasses of wine after that marathon typing session .
that ain't no marathon typing. You should see how much others type.
I type one finger .
So there .
Made perfect sense. Thanks Kell. A ration for ya, mate.
So when do you start driving the Mixer ?
I can type more than that with one finger. LOL.
Yeah , Yeah .
But your`e a Gurl ?
Don't matter. I just know how to type. Had to learn a long time ago so I could stay ahead of the game. lol
Mmmmm YUM!!!
