Looking for a poem! "In my friendship garden grows"

Greetings All!!

My grandmom gave my sister a framed poem when we were little kids. It began:

In my friendship garden grows,

It may originally been a cover from an old calendar? Who knows, but she lost it when she ran away to Chicago in her late teens. She has been very sad about it ever since. Her 50th birthday is on the way, and I'd love to find it and make her a really nice framed copy.

Has anyone ever heard of this one? Does anyone have the words?
