Subscribe to updates to a whole diary, not just a tab

I've noticed many people use the tabs to make chapters, divide by timelines or subjects, etc. If you subscribe to one tab, you may miss updates in others. And it's a pain to subscribe to every single tab. Couldn't we subscribe to the entire diary?
