DG & Garden.com graphics

Newark, OH(Zone 5b)

Dave, many users have trouble opening the EPS file format on their PC's and can't make use of the DG logo offered in the Extras section at http://davesgarden.com/extras.php Would it be possible for other formats of the logo to be offered there, such as TIF, PNG and JPG? I'd be glad to convert them if you don't have time.

I meant to say Gardens.com, not Garden.com - oops!

Thanks, GW.

I've added png, gif, jpg to the extras. GW - if you could email me a tiff version that'd be great.

Thank you, Dave!!

For some reason, I'm getting a really jagged-looking image when I open the EPS file. This happens in Irfanview, Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. I don't know if it's just a matter of how it's displaying, or if it's not opening right for me.

Dave, did you save a preview with the EPS file? If not, from what I've been reading, that's what's needed. When you have time, could you do that?

GW, when you open it, select Strong antialiasing and that should do it.

(And I didn't create this EPS file. I hired a graphics company to make it about 5 years ago...)

I added my "Adobe Illustrator" file, which most graphic artists tell me is their preferred format.

I did use the anti-aliasing...Hmmmm. I was trying to use the ABC Amber EPS Converter to change it to TIF. The program couldn't read it because there wasn't a preview file. I'm not sure what changed from when I was able to open it before. I'll have to try on the desktop and see if something might be configured differently on there. Thanks! :)
