Using google to get into Dave's Garden

When google is used for locating 'a word, phrase, even your own DG name, etc' it can take you to threads within Dave's Garden. Does this allow non-subcribers to read entire threads via a google 'back-door" feature that they would not normally be able to read otherwise? I'm I clear as mud or is it just 3:15am and I'm still up?

Deborah, if you are signed in as a subscriber and enter through google you can read all the threads. But if you are not a subscriber you will see only the first post of subscriber only forums and not the replies. There is no google back door here.

I believe that if you are logged in to DG, your computer will give you your DG access. Try logging out of DG and then do it.

But if you did log back out, you would see a lot fewer DG results! I've tried it (since I actually remember what my DG password is) and you get a lot less results. When Google does its search, since you're logged into DG at the time, it's able to see all the pages that your computer has access to, but if someone else who's not a subscriber tries the same thing, Google can only see the pages that their computer has access to.
