i hate car wrecks.

i have had 3 insurance peoples for a month now. i still havent gotten everything taken care of yet.

the medical part is being wishy washy as they dont want to pay anything till i settle. may have to get a lawyer for this part.

i am pulling my hair out. its crazy and money right now is so tight due to all this . too much stress and guess what since i have ben back a few days the price has went up here so now i gotta save for that as i cant renew at the monemt at the current rate. oh well a few months i will have it. also the site has been sold. another shocker since i have been back.

Imzadi, you might want to go ahead and get a lawyer, otherwise you will be bald and still have to deal with them before its completely over. I know its a pain knowing you would have to pay them but in the long run I think it would be worth it.

The price going up here almost surprised me but still so worth it to me, and DG being sold scared me at first until I saw that Dave woudl still be in charge, whew.

oh and just a couple of words...."Garden Angel", thats what its there for and if you dont say anything to them then me and probably a 100 more will, LOL. Cant go without our imzadi ya know.

my back is still giving me problems. its hard to sit for long with out having to move or lie down.

i am still on no lifting no nothing. i am about to go stir crazy. and my plants are blooming without me.

garden fever. hehe

i miss being in the dirt but its cold out too. crazyness is now my middle name.

i love all of you all here. i would miss it too much.

I just thought about this as I was reading your response, have you asked your car insurance co. about possibly providing a lawyer for you? Just a thought but since you pay them to insure you and protect you/yours maybe this is something they will do and maybe it wont cost as much. I would hope that if they do then the cost for your would be less and you would be dealing with a lawyer who would be working for you and knowing what it is you should get. I dont know if they do this but its worth a shot to ask.

Are you seeing a physical thereapist? Is it helping and have they given you any stretches you can do? DH has two herniated disks and PT does wonders for him, and the stretching exercises they showed him really help cut down on pain and how often he has to go the therapy.

i am under rest restrictions till i go back in feb. i already exercise three times a week but not lately. i go to a back person in feb also. but right now i am being patient.

my reg doc told me to try yoga to stretch. i havent yet as i have to get a tape. and right now no car.
