Just got a safety warning from work.. Showed pictures of some fellow's hand after he used hand sanitizer then hurried outside to smoke a cigarette. Sanitizer (mostly alcohol, I suppose) mixed with the flame he was trying to light the cigarette with.. POOF... Burns all over his hand, front & back.

I hope it's not true, but if it is, and you're a big "hand sanitizer nut", use caution ... make sure it's dry before playing with fire...

Yikes! I didn't see it on Snopes...yet. That's awful, but maybe it will be an incentive for him to stop smoking.
