New Hardiness Zone Map

Archer/Bronson, FL(Zone 8b)

Dave,

This was linked at another gardening forum. I thought it was interesting that my zone has changed from 8b to 9. That seems to apply this year since we've had falls springs all over the country, but last years lowest of lows of 17 disputes this chart: http://arborday.org/media/zones.cfm

Anyway, would this be worth listing over on the zones page?

Molly

When the USDA officially recognizes the new hardiness zone map, then I will, too.

Looks like the same as the one Dave posted, as far as the zones go.

Not only no Canada but the 'Not in North America' link does not list Canada either ( and why shouldit?)
Come on Dave - you have lots of Canadian members/subscribers. How about a link to the Canadian Hardiness Zone map - and it is official! Been in use for several years now!

I've updated our zone page. :)

(p.s. Canada may be included on that Arboretum map but you cannot enlarge it only the USA portion)

Frederick, MD(Zone 6b)

zone page? I've never come across the "zone page" at DG... not a big deal, as I have other pages bookmarked, but now I'm curious. Where is it?

Jill, go to plantfiles tab, click and it's within that tab. "Find a Zone"

Thanks, Molly! I knew it had to be somewhere obvious -- I've just been overlooking it!
