I did not understand this either.

Quoting:
the twentieth anniversary of the birthday of Martin Luther King

Phoenix, AZ

Where did that quote originate?

Buffalo, NY(Zone 6a)

Probably the 20th anniversary of Martin Luther King Day (holiday).

Bolivar, TN(Zone 7a)

It that something like "Juneteenth"? I don't understand either. But then I am not a math scholar.

LOL LC.! Juneteenth is the celebrated end of slavery in the U.S. We went to one celebration years ago when sightseeing in Charleston, SC. It was almost like a festival , there were demostrations of baskets being weaved from reeds, paintings, candy made from sugar canes and a lot of southern style dishes to taste, etc.

Cincinnati, OH

It came from TV "news". (Most of which isn't new.) Don't remember the network. Whenever numbers are used, it becomes unbelievable.
