CLOSED: First Annual Secret Container Garden Swap

I sent mine in after obsessing over ot for more time than I care to admit. I wanted to put in some unusual things, but I also wanted the four different kinds of plants to look good together and also want/need the same growing conditions. Gosh! It was really hard for me!
I took it to the PO, but of course it probabaly won't go anywhere until Tuesday, but it is a huge load off me!

X, you should've received mine by now. I sent it either the day the swap closed or the next day. I had my DG name on a post it. Let me know if you haven't gotten it and I'll send another one.
Don't panic yet .. SC post can be very very slow. If it's not here by Friday I'll let you know.

Just got mine in the mail today. Wa s hard to figure out too. Wanted to make sure that had some annual and perennial going.
Dahhhhhhhh sent you my seeds and design and label and forgot to send extra stamps in it. They sittign her e in front of my on the computer stand. Gonan send youa letter today with the stamps in it, so when you get it you will know what it is for.
Wish we was tradign for brain cells. I could us e a few more most days. : )
More have come in! .. and all of the designs are wonderful!!!!!! Such a talented group! The bolded ones are the ones that have come in.

Yay! they got there! It took 8 days to get there...same with 2 trades I recently had to North Carolina. What is up with that?

I stil can't belive mien hasn't arrive d and it has a delivery confirmation sticker on it , cuz it was in the batch that I had to to the post office with. All the other ones that went out that same day arrived a few days ago and another one to SC arrived today, so hopefully mine will get there tommorrow.
Shoot it not like they had to deliver it to your house, all they had to do is get it to your post office. LOL
The other day I got one of them surveys from the po think this time I gonna it out and add my two cents worth to it. Politely, but still put a mini grumble or two in there. : )

X checked the delivery thing and they tried to deliver it to ya on think it was on friday. Have no idea why they didn't just scan it and leave it. They acting like you need to be there and it not that type of confirmation. So mine up there somewhere with you.
Ok folks seems ther e is some trouble with my bubbler and it gonan take me a bit to find out what in the dickens goign on with it.
I sent mine to X the same day I sent all thes e package s of Mornign Glory seeds out to Kay Jones... PamSue...Luvsgrtdanes....Katlian...Pepsidrinker...DonnaB and MomCat. They all were sent with a delivery confirmation sticker. I paid the extra 55 cent cuz like I poste d in the seed forum it was cuz I had to use the loosey post office.
Now X's post offic e is tryign to say on that tiny bubbler that their is $2.50 cent in postage due. And ther e just ain't no way. The envelope was not sent signiture confirmation which is what the po is tryign to say, it was sent just with the cheap tracker on it 55 cent.
I gonan try and call both of X's town post offices po and se e what they tryign to do. I don't get mad very often, but I tell ya I am now. So sorry for the hold up on my end to who ever suppose d to be my trade partner. Hopefully they wil not have tried to send back and can stop it.
I thought I would post to this to get it nearer the top and also to ask when the packages are going to be mailed out.
I am getting anxious to see what I am getting. LOL Like a kid who can't wait for Christmas morning, I guess.

I assume that we are NOT to reveal whose container plan and seeds we got. Are we going to grow them and then take a photo and post on this thread? And then see if the person who sent them can identify them by the plants?
I love container gardening, so I can't wait to start this new container project! :-) :-)

Great! I have been having package in the mail withdrawals lately. I have several seed orders coming, but probably it will be a while for them.
Oh, good. By the time they get here the weather is forecasted to be -2°. Hope somebody put in some VERY hardy container seed/plans. LOL!

I received my container garden seeds in the mail today. Can't say what they are as it would give away who I got them from. Just wanted to thank whomever in advance and will show the results in summer.
I got mine today and I have to say this. X has been a very gracious hostess. Ther e has been a heck of a mes s trying to get my package delivered and then it coming back cuz somebody thought they read certified instead of just delivery confirmation.
I was feeling bad and left out, but X made sure even through everythign I got a package. That a good sign of a hostess and I appreciate her makign me still part of this project.

Haven't got mine yet, I guess it's time to come back in the house and wait til Monday and the mail carrier to come back. He thinks I'm nuts cause I sit down by the mailbox in the cold freezing weather waiting on him. He probably thinks I've fallen in love with him. lol (I just don't want anything to sit there all day and freeze).
