I usely don't complain much, but heck! Dawng it!
Normally I get 2 bowls of soup from one can,of course I use milk instead of water, taste better!!!
But these pop top new cans, little over 10 oz, for the same prize,or more, than the 16 0z cans you use to buy!
You use to shake the can up,and you couldn't here anything, now you can hear it swishing inside,so there not even filling the can all the way to the top!!!
Does every company have to stick it to the consumer?????
Campbells Tomato soup Cans
all packaging has changed less but more money.. i love tomato soup and its small bowl now..
Why don't you all just make your tomato soup, easy and much tastier. I do, and it is great.
Well years of eating this one,I really love the taste, use to buy them 10 cans for a buck!
When raising my kids.
Defoecat,I could never make as good as campbells, but I'm happy that you can.
Yes...most everything you look at anymore...has less in it...and bigger price! It is agravating to say the least!!
Put you don't need the can opener anymore!!!!LOL
LOL! I do!! I can hardly pull those tab thingys.
Either use your teeth or have Dave pull it!!!LOL
:) I have an opener for those tabs...it works pretty good too!
screwdriver!
I guess the bright side is the shiny lids can be used as reflectors for
Christmas lights. LOL
Or fishing lures!!!LOL
Or wind chimes. Okay, so that's a stretch. We tried.
LOL
Next time you open a can of Campbells soup, check the label. Most of their ten ounce cans have a sodium content of 800 to 1000 milligrams. This amounts to almost 40% of the allowable daily amount of sodium. Sodium in these quantities will eventually cause health problems. I have had two heart related operations. For the last fifteen years since the last surgery my health has been very good. I always read the food labels and check for trans fats and salt. I am very careful about the food that I eat. Eating the wrong food will kill you!
Me too, last one was 5 by-pass,so will stress!
heart Doc said ,stress was almost as bad as the food we eat!
The other was genetics!!!
Thanks for the warning.
Your cardiologist was absolutely correct about stress. A lot of stress will take you out in a hurry! My first surgery involved the repair of an aneurysm of the aorta. The second one was for coronary bypasses. Exercise is number one in maintaining fitness. I have been walking three miles every day since my surgery. I meet a couple of friends early in the morning and we walk every day. I have only missed three days this year because to the weather. I usually average a thousand miles per year. I have a treadmill but seldom use it. Getting outside seems a lot better. Walking also relieves stress. Once you get outside stress seems to be greatly relieved! Of course gardening is also a great stress reliever. Walk and plant!
Walk..walk ..walk!!! The best thing in the world besides gardening!! Merry Christmas everyone!!!
